Raviv has extensive experience in a broad range of aspects of commercial, corporate. Securities and franchise law, including in the capital market, and the hotel and franchise industries, and advises clients on diverse commercial transactions.
Raviv represents and advises private and corporate clients, including public and municipal companies, across all aspects of their ongoing and daily operations.
Raviv has vast experience in negotiating and drafting multiple types of contracts, including founder agreements, M&A agreements, partnership agreements, license, franchise, sponsorship, distribution, cooperation, joint venture and financing agreements etc.
Raviv joined MMW upon its formation, and prior thereto was an associate in the Commercial Department of Danziger Klagsbald & Co.
