MMW’s Commercial Department, headed by Adv. Moran Meiri, provides ongoing legal services to Israeli and international public and private companies, government-owned companies and municipal corporations. The Department advises its clients on corporate law, corporate governance, board of director and directors’ compensation, and other relevant issues, represents them in mergers and acquisitions, conducts due diligence investigations, negotiates and drafts investment and financing agreements, and provides legal advice and support to international companies and foreign residents conducting business activities in Israel and abroad.

In addition to the above, the Department has also developed a special expertise in sports law. The Department's practical experience combines high levels of professional and legal expertise with a thorough understanding of the business environment of its clients.
