Adv. Rami Aharon is one of the founding partners of Matry, Meiri, Wacht & Co. and a Partner in its Insolvency, Banking and Real Estate Department.
Rami represents creditors, debtors and investors in various matters related to distressed companies, stays of proceedings, creditor settlements and liquidation of real estate and other property.
Prior to MMW’s formation, Rami was an associate in the Insolvency, Banking and Estate Department of Danziger Klagsbald & Co.

- Various banks (including Bank Hapoalim, Bank Leumi, the First International Bank of Israel, Mercantile Bank, and the Union Bank) in complex receivership and insolvency proceedings;
- Egged Public Transportation Company in the matter of the Tel Aviv New Central Station;
- Jerusalem Post in the Ma’ariv’s insolvency proceedings;
- Shikun & Binui Real Estate in stays of proceedings of Z. Landau Constructing & Engineering Ltd., Shagrawi Brothers Co. (1989) Ltd. and S Tannous Building and Development Ltd.;
