Adv. Nir Edri is a Partner in MMW and, together with Adv. Kitty Brunner, co-heads of the Real Estate Department.
Nir was certified to practice law in 2004 and since then has acquired extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions and providing legal advice to developers of residential real estate and urban renewal projects alongside office buildings, commercial real estate and infrastructure projects.
Nir and the other members of the Department he heads provide daily legal support to developers, construction companies and land owners in residential, commercial, and hotel projects involving hundreds of thousands of square meters.
The Real Estate Department activities also include legal advice and support in income-producing real estate transactions, complex property acquisitions, real estate combination transactions, urban renewal projects, condominium registration and partnership agreement drafting. The Department also advises investors and business entrepreneurs on local and international real estate and property management transactions and handles all related tax aspects, and represents its clients before the Israel Land Authority, land settlement officers and condominium registration supervisors, as well as in construction defect lawsuits, receivership proceedings, eviction of squatters and real estate partnership dissolution proceedings.
Nir also advises MMW’s clients on real estate financing transactions, aspects of real estate taxation procedures and planning & zoning claims.
