Keren specializes in corporate and commercial law, primarily representing high-tech companies through different all stages, as well as their investors. Her expertise encompasses corporate finance, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, technology and commercial transactions.
Keren provides ongoing advice to corporate clients in a range of legal areas, including corporate governance, intellectual property, license agreements and other commercial arrangements. Keren also specializes in legal aspects of biotechnology, drug and medical device development.
Prior to joining MMW in 2011, Keren was a partner in the leading high-tech law firm of Ori Rosen & Co.
